The signing of the lease agreement must occur within 21 days of booking, provided the check-in date is more than 30 days away. If the check-in date is less than 30 days from the booking date, the lease agreement must be signed within 5 days of booking.

Inside, guests will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, natural wood cabinetry, breakfast bar seating, dining area, wet bar with wine storage, dedicated laundry room, and attached 2-car garage. The property also includes owned solar and an EV charger.
