Step into a simpler era where ocean breezes drift through open windows, kids play barefoot in the yard until sunset, and evenings are spent on the porch watching the world go by.
Built in 1907, this truly quintessential beach cottage captures the charm of old Coronado while offering all the comforts of modern living. It's the kind of home that feels like a memory the moment you walk in warm, inviting, and made for gathering.
The expansive corner lot, fenced yard is a rare find, perfect for hosting long summer dinners, letting kids run free, and welcoming dogs as part of the family. Mornings begin on the front porch with coffee and people-watching, while evenings wind down on the back deck under the coastal sky.
Inside, the home features a light, relaxed coastal design full of character, paired with a fully updated kitchen, air conditioning throughout, and thoughtfully designed living spaces. A separate guesthouse offers flexibility for visiting friends and family.
