Super cute 55 plus home with park amenities like pool, clubhouse etc. Can be a winter month visitor lease or full time lease however rate may change if just winter visitor! Ac newer, hot water heater newer. Large living room space. The shower is a nice tile walk in shower. The plank flooring is newer and is gray in color. 1 small pet ok! NO smoking!
