The Timbers is professionally managed and includes 24/7 emergency maintenance. A resident portal allows you to pay rent, request maintenance online, and more. We offer a flex program to split your rent into two payments. Please note, our office is open by appointment only, but we are available by phone to answer your questions and schedule a tour.
