Amazing, fully furnished peaceful home on the Skykomish river in Gold Bar, WA. Great place for traveling medical, remote/hybrid workers and/or ski/snowboard enthusiasts . NOT interested in having sublets/subleasing. Also, the house will remain furnished as is. PLEASE text me as I don't seem to be getting notified of people interested or even submitting applications.

A 40 minute drive to Stevens Pass for year round activities.Only 25 minutes to Monroe that has all your shopping and medical needs.

Relax in the quiet surroundings of this home. In the fenced backyard you can rest while listening to the river or sit by the fire and roast s'mores over the fire in the outdoor fire pit .

With an open concept kitchen, dining and living room plus floor to vaulted ceiling windows, you have all the natural light you could ever want!

The main level offers a queen bedroom, full bathroom with jetted tub, laundry room with new washer and dryer, kitchen with new dishwasher, dining and living room!

In the front or street side of our home you will have a long driveway that can fit 3+ vehicles in a row. There is a gate that takes you into the backyard or river side.

The front and side doors (French doors) have keypads that you can use a custom code to get in. There is also a security camera that views the outside of the home with sensor lights in the driveway and front yard.

The neighorhood is small with approx 75 homes. All the neighbors help one another out. Whether borrowing a cup of sugar, buying fresh eggs or keeping an eye out for one another, this is a place everyone feels safe!
