The unit can have a cook top, microwave, and larger toaster oven / air fryer (optional) for your cooking and baking needs, but does not have a full sized stove/oven. There is the possibility of installing a washer and dryer at some point, but there is not one now.

No pets allowed.

This is a family home. There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property. Quiet time hours will be required to be respected along with other reasonable rules to maintain a family friendly and safe environment.
