Verified residentReview source: verified residentI know that this new complex charges more for one bedrooms than most of Richmond does for entire homes, my utility bills are so high, and the building is settling in so the doors and windows have cracked open letting bugs in. The rent was supposed to be 1980 but I pay almost 2200 because of pest control and trash. Those should be included in the rent because you’re only allowed to opt out of pest control and yikes. That’s a mistake for the complex. They know how much I hate the trash system. The carpet is getting nasty in the hallway and residents have told me this unsolicited. I’m a lawyer and I see a lot of this. I don’t believe they can keep up the new beauty of the complex because they are greedy, the internet SUCKS, and they focus on cleaning the wrong things, stop mopping the elevator start wet vacuuming the hallways
