Overall rating
The agent did not have me listed with an appointment, even though I requested it and was confirmed. She did not send me a price sheet and application as she said she would. I have called three times and sent an email with no response from anyone I was told there are four units available, but there are no units available listed on the website. I was not shown any laundry facilities and had to ask about it.
My neighbors are load and scary at times. And at all hours of the day and night. From bagging voices through walls and floors that luckily only wake me up. Screaming and shouting matches next door. We just keep to ourselves.
