Tenants will then need to call Ogden City directly each month to make payment.
Internet is provided by homeowners; this is due to the solar panels needing a constant internet connection to produce energy and report its energy productivity.
The landscape is taken care of by the tenants.
HVAC: Central air- Forced air heat AC Brand New Super Energy efficient unit with two smart thermostats and dual zones. The home has a 2-car garage, with a brand-new smart garage door opener that will work even if the power goes out.
The property also is unique it has its own in-house elevator to access the second-floor living room from the downstairs family room, both these rooms have their own gas-insert fireplaces. Just outside the downstairs family room is a large patio with wood wood-burning pizza oven. The backyard also is private with no views or noise from neighboring properties, a small stream also bubbles its way through the backyard. The home is on a secondary water line or irrigation.

Monthly Fees:
1) Resident Benefits Pkg of $25.00 (access to maintenance. software, emergency line, filter delivery, positive credit reporting),
2) Utilities (contact providers for estimates). Some properties charge a flat utility fee ranging from $35.00 - $95.00 for water/sewer/garbage utility fees. For specific details, please see the individual listing.
3) Each property has individual pet qualifications. Some properties utilities monthly Pet rent of $25.00 - $75.00 per met and may require pet deposit between $300.00 - $600.00 per pet. Additional Properties Pet Protection Plan of $45.00 for all qualifying pets. If a property is utilizing the Pet Protection Plan and, upon screening, pet does not meet specific criteria required, pet may be denied or higher fees ranging from $75.00 - $150.00 monthly pet fees may be charged based on brokerage review. Assessed One-Time Fees:

2) One-time animal administrative fee of $100.00 per pet (non-refundable). If a resident applies with a pet and the pet does not meet our standard criteria, additional fees of $200.00 to $300.00 one-time administrative fee per pet may be issued or required due to the animal not meeting required compliance based upon third-party screening.
3) Deposits: $250.00 is non-refundable from each security deposit
4) Application fee is $45.00 per adult, non-refundable once the application has begun to be processed. Any adult who will be occupying the property is required to submit an application.
