Cost- $50/month
If you decide to apply for one of our properties, there is a $75 per adult application fee that is non-refundable. Anyone aged 18 or above who will be residing at the property must apply. We will (1) check your credit report; (2) check for any past evictions; (3) verify your employment, if applicable; (4) personal income must be sufficient and verifiable; (5) verify your previous landlord references; and (6) perform a criminal background screening; We encourage you not to apply if you have credit scores below 540, have ever been evicted, have bad rental history or have recent or drug/violence related felonies/violence related felonies.
Credit history must show that the resident has paid bills on time and does not have a history of debt write-offs or accounts that have gone into collection. Residency may be denied due to poor credit history. Contingent on your credit score, a risk mitigation fee may be assessed(see rental criteria).
Credit Score 539 and below will be declined.
Our company offers two options for security deposits:
Option 1 - Traditional Security Deposit = two times the listed rental amount
Option 2 - Security Deposit Insurance Policy = monthly payment determined on Credit Score.
