I know I needed a decent place to live as a first time resident in Texas them moving from a house to an apartment would be different. Nevertheless, living on the first level is a monster when you have residence with 4 young children running and stomping above my head. I can hear everything I mean EVERYTHING. From running water, to flushing the toilet. I can hear people going up and down the stairs. The walls are super thin. Other than that, it’s nice in this area thus far. Summer is coming now I’ll wait to see how it goes. Downside, there’s no bbq spot here to grill. People don’t clean up behind their dogs. But it’s ok for now.
