Verified residentReview source: verified residentthe maintenance guy doesn't do nothing, takes forever to get something done, you need to call it in , you need to email, and get it approved. the rent is to damn high. almost $900 for a studio with a crappy laundromat. the parking space is horrible and crooked. I wouldn't recommend renting here.
