Verified residentReview source: verified residentI was given an apartment where the air conditioning was not working. I have made numerous requests to have it repaired. It has been nearly two months since I had signed the lease and they have not moved on it at all. Not even a call to explain the delay or give an estimated time for repair. Would urge other people not to seek an apartment here.

Verified residentReview source: verified residentPool has been closed pretty much since day 1. Lighting is poor. Stairways are in desperate need of maintenance. Parking lot is a patchwork of resurfacing when it needs to be replaced. NO ONE ever answers the phone in the office. By a large margin this is the worst managed property I have seen.
