Verified residentReview source: verified residentWe moved in 7/25/25, we were told the unit was ready for move in but it wasn't. The entire unit smelled of paint. There were 2 doors missing, a drawer missing, and the dishwasher missing. Its been almost a month and our pantry still doesnt have a door, we're still missing a drawer and a dishwasher. We have to submit a maintenance request every weekend because our ac stop cooling. Our disposal is missing a plug and spits out water every time we wash dishes. We had ants in the shower for 3 weeks before pest control came by. Now we have spiders and earwigs. And ive been finding mold in the closet and cabinets.

Verified residentReview source: verified residentI was given an apartment where the air conditioning was not working. I have made numerous requests to have it repaired. It has been nearly two months since I had signed the lease and they have not moved on it at all. Not even a call to explain the delay or give an estimated time for repair. Would urge other people not to seek an apartment here.
