I was given an apartment where the air conditioning was not working. I have made numerous requests to have it repaired. It has been nearly two months since I had signed the lease and they have not moved on it at all. Not even a call to explain the delay or give an estimated time for repair. Would urge other people not to seek an apartment here.
Pool has been closed pretty much since day 1. Lighting is poor. Stairways are in desperate need of maintenance. Parking lot is a patchwork of resurfacing when it needs to be replaced. NO ONE ever answers the phone in the office. By a large margin this is the worst managed property I have seen.
