Verified residentHave a neighbor upstairs....not above me but across neighbor above always slamming door. I was hoping to have a small grass area in back so that my dog could go out and sit and potty cause she has anxiety. Last week a neighbors dog in building 3 almost attacked my dog. Their dog was not on leash and come up running towards us while out with our dog and went straight to our dog but we lifted our dog up into our arms and held her while owner of other dog tried to control his dog.
