I have mold in apartment they haven't fixed it. My apartment is infested with gnats. No one has come to spray. For 1,500 a month, they should care. And they have stupid rules for what you can and can't have on the Balconies/Patios. If you like barbecuing, don’t move in here cause you can’t have barbecue pits on your patios.

The outside, when you are driving in and you reach the turn there is a dumpster that is always so nasty looking with all the mess and lots of furniture that people or other people that don't live here throw in the dumpster. Not gated, has a gate but does not function. The apartment does not feel homey As you walk into the apartment there is no light switch that works so you still have to walk several steps before you get to a light switch. There is no counters or shelves in the living room area. The hot water in the kitchen sink takes forever sometimes to get hot. There is no shade in the balcony. The A/C vent in the living room is facing a corner and does not move side to side, only up or down so the wall is pretty cold with the AC hitting the corner. There is no ceiling fans therefore the living room area is always hot. Management did not give me a tour and only showed me a small empty apartment Didn't even show me a furnished model. I didn't even get my keys until a day before move in and it was a Saturday and they open at 10am but they were not in the office and when I finally found someone in the office she just handed my keys through the door and then said thank you and shut the door again and locked it. I didn't even get mailbox keys.
