The home is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. There is a Community pool available for your enjoyment.. Fully fenced back yard, also has a large storage shed!! And it doesn’t stop there, THIS HOME HAS BEEN FULLY RENOVATED, REDECORATED, AND REFURBISHED!!! Our guests rave about our comfortable beds, you will too.

The open floor plan is perfect for enjoying family time. The large kitchen comes complete with an eat in bar with seating for four. The family chef will find everything they need to prepare meals while looking out into the huge backyard or out to the living and dining area complete with a big screen Smart TV! Don’t forget those streaming devices!!! Not only does the kitchen have everything you will need to cook your favorite meal, there is also a backyard charcoal BBQ with smoker! Sample seasonings are in the pantry, starter soaps, sponges, TP, paper towels, napkins, detergent, softener drinking water, coffee water and other necessities will be waiting for you as well!

The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king size bed, blackout curtains and a large side room/dressing room with a single size sofa bed perfect for a younger guest or small adult. The master bath has a single shower with separate garden tub complete with double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, while the 3rd bedroom has 2 bunk beds and a full size bed too! There is a complete laundry room with washer/dryer for your use. All rooms have ceiling fans to keep you comfortable. We have more heating\cooling power than you will ever need in this home. During summer months, we provide 4 tubes for our guests use at the river at no additional charge. * We have additional river toys for a fee. *UTILITIES INCLUDED Monthly tenants are allowed a *$125. for electricity. Tenants exceeding this allowance will be charged for the overage + a small transaction fee of $12.00. There is also a refundable $150 cleaning fee!! Add $100 per pet to deposit fee and monthly rent. Monthly rentals will be considered for 6 months or less, so please do not hesitate to ask.
