Underneath the home is a large storage area for storing bikes, surfboards, beach equipment and other non flammable items. Two tandem, off street parking spaced are included in the driveway beside the home. Small dogs can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee. The Neighborhood- Radcliffeborough: This home is situated in the quiet and charming downtown neighborhood of Radcliffeborough. Nestled between the Medical University and upper-King street, this neighborhood is conveniently located to provide easy access to all the best restaurants, shops and nightlife. There's plenty to keep you entertained here day and night, with many art galleries, cafe´s, restaurants and bars. Go for a stroll in the day and enjoy the people watching, followed by a cocktail in one of the many trendy bars and perhaps then a live music gig. This is a great place to stay if you want to be close to the best entertainment and nightlife Charleston has to offer! If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of King Street, we also recommend wandering around our neighborhood to discover the area's cozy bars, gourmet restaurants and unique shops.
