This apt is located in the well known neighborhood of Chestnut Hill. It is well known for its safety, its quaint mixture of suburban and urban life, its historic beauty, and its lively collection of shops and restaurants. All of this is easily accessible by foot from this apt. The house sits on the corner of Winston Park and is one block from the Wyndmoor train station which will take you to downtown Philadelphia in ~30 min.

Kitchenette - Guests will have access to a portable electric cooktop, small fridge (7.3 cuft), microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, utensils, dishes, cups and glasses, toaster oven, pots/pans, coffee/tea and salt/pepper/sugar. The kitchenette has recently been updated to have a large kitchen sink, a large butcher block countertop and a dryer/washer unit. Note that the kitchenette does not have an oven and the dryer/washer is a 2-in-1 model with a heat pump dryer that is similar to what is used in Europe and Latin America and is meant for smaller loads and to be supplemented with hang drying. The apt is well equipped with drying racks and retractable clotheslines to make air drying clothes convenient.

Living room - Guest will have access to a smart TV where they can access entertain through their individual subscriptions. The living room is also furnished with a versatile table that can be used for dining and also as a workspace. The futon in the living room can fold down to a very comfortable full bed to allow a total of 4 guests to stay in the apartment overnight.

Bedroom - Guests have access to a very comfortable queen bed, dresser, table/desk, and closet.

Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is very safe, friendly and easy to explore by foot. It's nice to walk around and bask in the beauty of the many mature trees, the cobblestone roads, and beautiful old Victorian houses that are characteristic of this neighborhood. Many people say that the neighborhood has a European feel. Germantown Ave is two blocks away where guests will surely find a spot to enjoy whether it's ice cream, an antique shop, a bakery, a fine restaurant or a craft brewery : )
