We will start showing it on May 5th. As we work on the inside, we have put boards on the windows. You can drive by and look at the outside. It is freshly painted on the inside light beige and white. The exterior is blue. The furnace, water heater, windows, and basement block windows were installed 5 years ago. The first floor has a living room 23 x 14, bedroom 10 x 9, a bathroom, kitchen 13 x 9, and a laundry room about 10 X 9, which totals 840 sq feet. Plus you have the upstairs that is finished and goes from the front to the back of this home and is 33 x 10 ft. You can use it in many ways. The railing at the top of the stairs is movable so furniture easily moves in and out. There is a basement with a lot of open space, as the furnace and water heater are on the side of the basement, not the middle. There is a huge deck at the back of the home. Two-thirds of the deck is covered, and the rest was left open so you can choose to sit in the sun or shade. Small yard so it is easy to care for. There is a parking pad in the backyard.
Our requirements are a one-year lease, no evictions or felonies in the past five years, and a household making at least 3x the monthly rent. There is a $50 application fee per adult. Occupancy is limited to two people per bedroom. Pets are not allowed. Monthly rent is $995 and the deposit is the same. You pay all utilities. Home insurance is required. 1615 Tuttle Ave Dayton
