Amazing Sublease 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Bronx. I will be moving to another state and will be renting this apartment on a yearly sublease agreement. Amenities included: wheelchair accessible, central air, central heat, hardwood floors, laundry in building and rooftop. Utilities included: gas and water. Date Available: Apr 11th 2022. $1,662/month rent. $500 security deposit required. There are no pets allowed in this apartment. Electric is paid through Con-Ed. Renter is responsible to sign into the account and manage/pay. I will provide the renter the Con-Ed username and password to access the bill. The electric bill normally isn't more than $60-80 depending on how you use the Heat/AC etc. There's no available parking in the garage. If there's any issues you will be contacting me directly to facilitate repairs, plumbing etc. The apartment will be left empty and ready for agreed move in date. You can facetime or zoom video to see the apartment. I will accept visits, but it is highly recommended that you video tour 1st if possible due to Covid.
