Management either does not care, is understaffed, or lacks the knowledge needed to address resident concerns effectively. It often takes weeks to receive a response, and when issues are reported, there seems to be little initiative to resolve them unless residents repeatedly follow up. There are frequently groups of high school students in the Garden Lounge playing loud music, making it difficult for residents who are trying to work. I have also seen boys and girls together in the restrooms, engaging in activities that raise concerns about supervision and security. Basic maintenance and upkeep have been lacking as well. It took nearly three weeks for soap to be restocked in public restrooms. Additionally, elevator buttons fell out, creating significant inconvenience and forcing residents to find alternative ways to reach upper floors for several days. Overall, the lack of responsiveness, attention to maintenance, and concern for resident comfort has been very disappointing. I've only been here for 1 month I am not looking forward to what the remainder rest of my lease months will become.
