Del Webb Home in Somersett Over 55 - If you are interested in renting within a retirement community, you must put this on your viewing list. At least one of the accepted Tenants must be over 55 years of age so they can enjoy all the wonderful amenities that Del Webb provides such as their indoor pool, fitness center, walking track , clubhouse activities and out door tennis courts.
