Verified resident

There is no guarantee that you will have hot water. In the past 50 days I went without hot water 7 of those days. The residents at this complex are either low income or on Section 8 and the building is falling apart around them. Strangers get into this "secured building" and sleep or do drugs in the stairwells. They over charge deposit amounts and then lock you into a leade and require a 60-day notice to move out!!
