Great Location so close to all Mooresville has to offer. Large, open living area with tons of space. The home features both a deck off of the front and the back of the home. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets & a pantry for storage. The laundry room is located right off the kitchen area. All bedrooms are located on the upper level. Large, spacious master bedroom with walk-in closet and great-sized secondary bedrooms. The community has a green space to be able to stretch out and enjoy. Small pets only, 35lbs and under. The main entrance to the home is located at the front of the building. The back balcony does not have stairs to access. The home has only 1 assigned parking space to be able to use. Additional parking is located throughout the community on a first-come, first-serve basis. Community amenities (pool, clubhouse, fitness center) are offered through Continuum 115 Apts. for an additional fee to join.
