“Amenities coming soon” is written on the walls of the lobby of 275 on the Park. This is a lie. They have been coming for several years now, and 275 on the Park continued to falsely advertise that they are currently available on apartment finding websites. For that reason alone, although there are others, no one should lease at 275 on the Park.
