The monthly rent is $1095 and includes water, trash, and sewer. The home is all electric and so that is the tenant's only monthly utility. The tenant is responsible for lawn and snow maintenance of the fenced portion of the yard directly in front of the duplex.
The security deposit equal to half month's rent is $550 and will be held by the landlord for the duration of the lease as a deposit against any damages apart from normal wear and tear.
The first month's rent and the security deposit are required to begin tenancy and move in, therefore $1645 is required to move in.
Section 8 and Shelter Plus Care are more than welcome to apply. Pets are also more than welcome with no additional pet charges or pet rent.
Prospective tenants must have proof of income with monthly net take home pay that is 2.75 times the total monthly rent. Therefore, at least $3011 net monthly take home pay or $700 net weekly ($1400 biweekly) take home pay is required. Applicants must also have good tenancy history, employment history, credit history and pass a background check (exceptions can always be made on a case by case basis).
