We will continue to accept new applications for the home until an application is fully approved and a lease signed.

Approved applicants will be required to pay a security deposit equal to 1 month's rent, should your application be approved conditionally you may be asked to pay an additional deposit amount.

Our homes are pet friendly! Approved pets are welcome with a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet (up to 3) and $35/month per pet. Contact our team for any pet restrictions or limitations on this home.

Residents are responsible for all utilities in the home as well as lawn maintenance & landscaping. Once your application is approved, we will provide utility information for proper activation.
