There are three different ways that you can qualify to rent this property:
1. If you have maintained employment at the same place for at least 1 year and earned at least $30,000 in 2022.
2. If you and another adult who will be living in the property combined with your income amounted to at least $30,000 in 2022 & are both currently employed.
3. If you have someone who will guarantee that the rent will be paid who has maintained employment at the same place for at least 1 year and earned at least $30,000 in 2022.

APPLICATION PROCESS: Each adult must complete a separate questionnaire, which will be e-mailed to you, and provide written proof of earned income, along with a recent credit report. If you do not have written proof of your income, please do not apply to rent this property. If you qualify to rent this property, you will be asked to complete an application. There will be a $25 fee for a background check, if your application is approved.
