Roaches, mice, $100 a month for 1 car, roof racks don’t fit in garage on SUV’s, management are back-stabbers, cheap cheap laminate flooring that has big gaps that start to bubble if you mop, hot water does not get very hot and does not last long (cannot fill a bathtub, if you like baths)
