I still have things that need to be fixed in my apartment that has not been fixed. Kitchen light is cracked still. Cabinet shelves are falling down. Bathroom medicine cabinet door is off the rack. Comestic fixtures are very noticeable. Balcony need to be repainted it is a sight for sore eyes.

The apartments itself is great. Meaning they are very spacious and the location is great. Only if I'd taken the reviews into consideration prior to moving in. I thought due to staff changes things had got better. Unfortunately i’m still noticing not much has changed. They are more concerned with the outside of property appearance. Such as cutting grass, mulching, etc. Instead of taking care of the rodent infestation an the daily trash removal. Although they have been addressing my issues I feel as though they only do enough to appease the residents for the moment. Please don't misinterpret, its a nice place to live and would be a lot nicer if some of the utilities were included as well as taking care of the residents complaints. Get rid of some of these woods, put in a playground for the little kids. They want the rent but not interested in the tenants. Its unfair.
