Verified residentReview source: verified residentI was charged 500 bucks and another 500 as a security deposit to transfer from a 1bedroom to a 2 bedroom. My lease was up when I moved. When I was closed to the end of my move I was told I had a prorate fee of 600 bucks from my old unit. I was never told there was going to be a proratefee...had I know I probably wouldn't have transferred. When I asked to speak to the property manager wasn't available even though I do clearly see she was in her office....the office has glass doors.
