Our application process can take up to two business days. Anyone residing in the residence over the age of 18 is required to submit an application.

Application Fee: $40 per applicant.

You are required to provide a copy of your current driver's license with your application. We can also accept a non expired work Visa or Green Card.

All applicants must have a minimum credit score above 600.

Income: You must make 2 times the amount of rent. Submit two months of current pay stubs. We will also accept a hire letter from your future employer which must state the hire date and salary.

If you are self-employed, you will need to provide the first page of your tax return for the past two years.

Owing money for one of the following: child support, utilities, cell phone carriers and past property managers.

There is a one-time lease administrative fee of $250 for the procurement of the lease agreement.

Urban Edge uses a third party pet/Assistance Animal screening company. Petsreening verifies assistance animals per HUD guidelines.

If this residence allows a pet, there will be a $250 Pet Fee and an additional $15 pet rent fee per month.

German Shepherd, Doberman, Pit Bull, Akita, Huskie, Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Rottweiler or any mix breed that has a part of these breeds in it. No exceptions.
