This 55+ community has a lot to offer! This is a corner unit with extra windows and beautiful natural light. Front of the building faces north; glass windows and screened porch at the back of the building has southern exposure and overlooks a lovely green space. New AC and water heater. The entire inside has just been freshly painted Agreeable Grey and has crisp, white upgraded baseboards. New carpet in the living room; laminate in the dining, kitchen and HUGE bedroom. This is the Deluxe floor plan (see attachments) which has the same square footage as the 2/1 units, but the bedroom in the Deluxe model is one absolutely huge bedroom instead of two separate bedrooms. It also has a massive walk-in closet. There are a ton of cabinets in the kitchen and another linen closet in the hallway. Kitchen cabinets are original; range is a flat, glass-top. Bathroom has new commode. Entire unit has just been professionally cleaned and painted and is ready for you!! Laundry facility, PO Boxes, storage locker and trash/recycle room is on ground floor of this building. Seminole Gardens has a long list of amenities and activities: clubhouse and rec center with stage, auditorium, billiards, library, fitness center, game tables, walking paths throughout the community, heated pool, spa, sauna, mens and women locker rooms, shuffleboard, multiple clubs, events and parties throughout the year. This is a very social community :) Complimentary shuttle takes you around to common local stops like the Post Office, grocery stores, banks, etc. Seminole City Center is right next door with retail stores, restaurants, grocery and liquor store. The beaches are a 7-10 min drive over the bridge to Madeira Beach or the Redingtons and Indian Shores. Dresser and nightstand in the bedroom can stay or go. Application process: submit application, credit and criminal screening, min 600 credit score, no felonies within past 10 years (eval. on case by case basis), no evictions at all.
