*Up to 2 pets allowed. $250 non-refundable fee per pet plus $25/month pet rent. Breed and weight restrictions apply. Additional fees may apply for certain breeds or larger pets.

*Included: Resident Benefits Package valued at $25/month

*Holding Deposit: Upon approval, a holding deposit equal to one month's rent is required to reserve the home. This deposit is non-refundable if the applicant is unable or unwilling to sign the lease after the property has been removed from the market. Payment of the holding deposit constitutes acceptance of the home in its current condition and should only be paid when applicant is reasonably certain that they will be signing the lease. Upon lease effective date, holding deposit converts to security deposit and is refundable at move-out according to lease terms. Standard security deposit equals one month\\\'s rent.
