Verified residentReview source: verified residentManagement rented out an apartment that has a mold issue and just had maintenance spray paint over it. Don’t have anyway to properly ventilate the apartment. Missing a gap filler under my door so bugs and water from the leaking ceiling in the hallway can get in the apartment. The painting is splotchy all over the apartment and cabinets. Not a very well looked after property. Especially for the price. Definitely should be renting out for a much lower price for the conditions and the location.

Verified residentReview source: verified residentThe neighbors are inconsiderate, the amenities are okay but the pool was always closed , the laundry room was small and the door was always locked. No assigned parking so it was limited when people had guests. You would always hear gun shots or your neighbors fighting. Maintenance was okay but paying for pest control and they barely did anything was horrible and not worth the rent.
