* Once approved, submit the HOA application for occupancy on the Southern Pines Website. A copy of the application is received by both the HOA and the Landlord. Once submitted, HOA will start screening and processing your application. The landlord will also be given the opportunity to review and make a decision.

* Once your application is approved by both the HOA and the landlord, a copy of the lease contract will be sent to you to sign.

BREAKDOWN OF FEES & CHARGES:

* HOA screening fee: $100 per married couple or per adult. For example, for a family of 4 consisting of a married couple + an 18 year old child + a 17 year old child, the HOA would charge a total of $200 (that's $100 for the married couple + $100 for the adult child).

* $125 Lease Processing Fee to be paid upon signing the lease. It covers charges for approving and processing your lease agreement.
