Verified residentReview source: verified residentMoved in, site unseen (dumb luck), to a one-bedroom apartment that hugs SR 434 and faces traffic. Sleeping in a bedroom above cars zipping by almost constantly is not something one should get used to. Sound-dampening windows would be great for residents close to the highway. Sometimes the tenant above has lead feet and footsteps can be heard too. The good: clean apartment complexes, spacious layout and generous storage, convenient resident portal for payments and communication (might put in a unit transfer request later), and a helpful, responsive management team.
