Verified residentReview source: verified residentI received no notice that my tour was accepted until I was already in Florida the day of. I contacted the property the Thursday before for confirmation, Destiny's response was kind of rude. She responded "yeah, you're already booked for 1pm". how would i know this? I simply requested it on the Apartment List app, didn't receive any confirmation that it was accepted, or anything. They should work hand in hand on this or figure out someway not just assume we know it was accepted. Again, like i said over the phone if it was my oversight, my apologies, but i don't believe it was. The tour was rushed, even though there wasn't a soul there other than myself and my sister. I do like the referral program Destiny mentioned and them utilizing Rhyno however, its other apartments literally across and down the street that I'm sure do the same and are nicer.
