Living room, dining room and parlor is furnished. Kitchen has everything, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, everything you need in a kitchen. This is a charming home with character and hardwood floors, looking for a person that would like to find an affordable way to spend their golden years in a comfortable home with others enjoying the beach and retirement. Shared spaces include large kitchen, dining room, spacious family room, laundry room in garage, this also has an outside shower for quick clean up after the beach. Water, electric, sewer, pest control, & yard maintenance are included. We have a very large bedroom that has a queen bed, nightstands, lamps, dresser, recliner. This is $900 a month and has a private bathroom. There is parking for 5 cars. The rooms is only for 1 person, NO Pets, No Smoking, No Excessive Drinking, No Drugs, No Slobs, and this is not a party house for having people over frequently. We are looking for no drama people, do not except anyone accused of a felony in the last five years, no violent misdemeanors and never have been evicted.
