Room is private and the rest of the house is shared, you will have full access to kitchen, living room, bathroom, and laundry. Room features 55" Roku smart TV, queen bed, mini fridge, microwave, computer desk, desk chair, and modern furniture. Fully furnished as shown in pictures and all utilities included in the rent. Common areas in the house are cleaned every three weeks by professional maid service. Room is for one person only, NO Pets, No Smoking, No Excessive Drinking, No Drugs, No Slobs and No Party People. You must be ok with keeping the house clean and picking up after yourself. If you are a messy person this is NOT the place for you. This is not a party house for having people over frequently. No more than one guest allowed over once per week. Month by month, move out anytime with 30 days notice. Reservation fee plus first months rent moves you in.
