Maintenance is great very knowledgeable and fast response .However the entities they do have are either out of service or can't access them such as gym and game area.The playground has been broken several years from my understanding and still hasent been repaired or updated .The amount of money paid should have at least one of the major things shown on the homepage for renting this place .it's like false hope..The other issue is the pest control and cleanliness of move in units they are not cleaned and dead and alive roaches everywhere ,no filter in AC unit ,looks like never was so much dust caked up and the blinds arent new or replaced for new tenents they are yellow and the string to adjust them are dirty .walls aren't freshly painted can take a rag and wipe and see the area you wiped.the whole top 2 feet of wall from ceiling has dust bas all over it soyouva tell its not cleaned before move in.wqs disappointing to have to clean before unpacking especially dead roaches in cabinet for dishes
