As you enter this home into a large foyer, which could double as a formal living room, you'll notice immediately the high ceilings and windows providing plenty of natural light. Follow the hallway straight back past a 1/2 bathroom and on the left you'll find a spacious kitchen with ample counter space, hardwood floors, and nice appliances. On the right side, there's a comfortable carpeted living room with a decorative fireplace. Upstairs, you'll find 3 well-sized bedrooms adorned with carpet throughout. There is also a full bathroom in the hallway. The master bedroom has a large en suite bathroom, complete with dual sinks and a beautifully tiled shower. The back patio is perfect for entertaining or grilling. Tenants are responsible for maintenance within the fence, however, the HOA will maintain all areas outside of the fence. This home is cooled with central A/C and is complete with a washer and dryer in the upstairs hallway. There is also an attached 2 car garage with plenty of driveway space. There is no basement at this property. The neighborhood offers easy access to E-470 and I-25. There are numerous small neighborhood parks and larger open spaces for walking nearby. You’ll be just 10 minutes from The Orchard Town Center where there are plenty of restaurants and shopping options. St. Anthony North Health Campus is also just a few miles away. For applications with more than one unrelated applicant over the age of 18, each applicant must qualify separately with an income of at least 1.5X monthly charges per applicant. You will need to submit proof of income at the time of application submission. *670+ credit score is required. *Applicants may be considered with credit scores below 670 with an added reoccurring Marginal Credit Score Fee of 1/12th of monthly rent.
