The overall experience has been great, it’s a brand new build so that’s amazing. It’s very pricey though, but you get what you pay for and the quality is nice and again, new! So overall it’s been really good. The staff does not respond in a timely manner it can take like 2-3 days before I get a response after I send an email. I wish they were better about responding faster.
