    We chose our apartment for the view which we can see from Pikes Peak to Longs Peak from our balcony. But shortly after the complex became fuller the trash below our apartment has piled up especially over the weekend and now moreso over the whole week since management takeover. The Valet service is an extra added onto our rent which we understand that we are to put our trash out no earlier than 5pm nor later than 7pm. The service comes whenever they please and although I have put my trash outside our door around 6pm, I find the trash not picked up because they came early to suit their own agenda. I do not mind taking my own trash down to the compactor, but I do mind paying for the service and not receiving it. I would rather not have the service anyway, since we only generate about one bag per week. Since I have had to take it to the compactor myself half the time anyway, it is a sore spot for us to have to pay $22 for a service not received. I would suggest that the trash bin which is provided be given to only people who want to participate. We like living here for the view and the convenience to goods and services, but we do care for the view of the trash dump that sits right below our window. There needs to be another trash receptacle in the complex and someone to operate the trash compactor on a 24/7 schedule.
