The house is located at walking distance from Adobe, SJSU university, Caltrain, VTA stations in downtown San Jose. Caltrain station provides connectivity to SF, and is a 5 min walk- bus transit hub to rest of San Jose. WholeFoods (grocery chain) is also just a 10 min walk. Other restaurants, coffee shops are also right around the corner. Parks at walking distance too, if you like outdoors/greenery. Plenty of evening hang out spots for fun and restaurants. Approx. 1 mile from SJSU campus.

House:
The house has all major appliances like a washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, oven. Utilities are $600/month (water+electric+gas+trash+internet).
The house has both central heating and cooling. Designated spots for parking.

I respect other's boundaries and privacy. I value cleanliness. Strictly no smoking inside the house. No hard drugs.

If you decide to proceed, then there is a formal application process. You will need to fill an application (will share via email). There is a $50 application processing fee, so please apply only if you are serious. There will be a background check. Will require two references (preferably atleast one from past landlord). Some people who can confirm you are, who you say you are.

I hope you read the ad, and know that there is a deposit equal to one month's rent. I will have the place professionally cleaned before you move in. And I expect that you will call a professional cleaner before you move out. If you dont get this done before you move out, then I will have to deduct the cost for getting a cleaner from your rent. And cleaners can cost expensive when requested last minute.
