The apartment has a modern full kitchen stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware- washer/dryer- bathroom with plenty of towels- powerful gas fireplace- portable new AC window unit- ceiling fan- re-positional shelving unit with privacy curtains- built-ins- queen bed plus two sofa chairs that fold out into twin beds, all linens provided- a bedroom closet- large private patio with water spigot- and a lovely view.
• $1600 per month for TWO PEOPLE, PLUS $150 per month utilities which include electricity, water, gas, trash and Starlink wi-fi. (Cost of utilities may increase, depending on tenant usage.)
• $1750 security deposit.
• Month to month lease.
• Parking for tenants’ two standard size vehicles at semi-private entry in driveway. No oversize trucks or vans. No motorcycles. No electric vehicle charging. Tenants’ guest parking available as space allows.
• No pets. No smoking. No BBQ or open flames, no electric space heaters.
