Management is sub par. Whenever questions arise it seems inconvenient for them to assist you. Amenities are sub par for such a big community. The gym gets extremely crowded and is the size of a larger bedroom. Doesn’t provide enough room and equipment for a luxury community. The community is fairly quiet, which is a plus. There is a big insect/bug problem. Maintenance has a company who comes out to spray frequently but this doesn’t resolve the issue. Dog friendly neighborhood but there is no real designated spots for animals unless you walk across the street to a 4X4 section of artificial grass.
