*3 Times the amount of rent in monthly gross income.
*No Evictions/Landlord Bad Debt in Past 7 Years.
*2 Years Verifiable Rental / Home Ownership History (excluding renting from family members) .
*Positive Credit History with a minimum of two lines of good credit established with a creditor for a minimum of six months and reports to Experian Credit. Scores of 661 and above are required for a regular deposit. Credit scores between 601 - 660 may be approved with a deposit equal to two times the monthly rent.
