This 3BD/3BA, 1,429 sq. ft. single-story home in La Mesa makes a great first impression with a tidy front yard and an open layout centered on an extra-large living room, where a bay window bring in natural light throughout the day. The dedicated dining room opens to the yard, so dinner can move outdoors whenever the evening invites it.
The fully equipped kitchen features warm wood cabinetry and leads to a dedicated laundry room with a washer and dryer and its own exit door. Tucked just beyond the laundry room, a private studio offers a separate space that works well as a home office, creative room, or quiet corner for focused work.
The primary bedroom includes its own sink and counter space leading to a private bathroom and the third bedroom is served by a full hallway bathroom. Central A/C and heat keep the whole home comfortable in every season.
Out back, the private patio and yard come with low-maintenance landscaping included in rent, so weekends are for enjoying the space rather than maintaining it. Storage sheds keep tools and extras organized, and driveway parking makes coming home easy.
Set high enough to catch views and cool breezes, this home keeps La Mesa Village, Grossmont Center, and quick access to the 8 all within a short drive. A yard without the upkeep, room to spread out, and La Mesa at your doorstep, this home has everything you need to settle right in!
