D. High security keys- if any replacement is needed, $250 per key will be deducted from security deposit, in case keys are lost or stolen-then house needs to be rekeyed and cost will be deducted from security deposit.
E. All utilities and water paid by tenant. Tenant shall get own account for electric from Edison- and gas from The Gas Company. Tenant shall pay City of Beverly Hills Utility bill provided to tenant by landlord. City of Beverly Hills Utility bill remains in the name of landlord, James Fabe.
